K03 Hybrid plus is proven to achieve over 300bhp, see Badger5 section about that turbo, think wmi is almost definately needed for that setup though

A normal k03 hybrid should see you *upto 280 with the right mods
 
I will be fitting wmi when it is mapped as I would rather be safe than sorry to be quite honest don't fancy getting the build done and killing it a few thousand miles later am also considering changing pistons when the rods are done of I remember right badger5 said 9.5.1 on another thread I was reading but need to look into that more
 
pistons will be fine, rods are the weak link
decide on your power goal, then spec up from there - if you dont know what your after, maybe take a ride in someone elses who has that power to help you decide on turbo choices

wmi dependant on on how much boost you run..
15psi=280bhp so not required for that...
>300bhp then yep deffo recommended
