Everyone goes on about the Laguna DIY guide but where the hell is it?

Any proven gains with these items or is it just a cheap alternative with minimal improvement?

What are people running and whats the difference?

Cheeky, ive been looking all day. Must have been in the wrong place. Not been on here much.

not worth doin unless you have bin remapped in my opinion i have revo stage 2 and can switch back to my stock map and the car feels the same as when i had the standard intercooler !!!!!!!
