LC ARB bush size?

I posted on the end of last thread

I went to order the bushes and was asked if i wanted 21mm or 23mm, i had no answer. I have ploughed through the threads and it appears LCR has 19mm arb and the LC has a 21mm arb. so what do u i order and where does the 23mm come into it

Mine are 23 I think only the very early ones have the 21?

powerflex do 21 and 23, but oem from eurocar parts is either 18 or 21. wish i had a verner!

Most common is 23, when I ordered mine I was told 21mm was very rare on the cupra

Mine are superpro there cheaper than the powerflex.

just a sidestep Q:

My car is getting close to 70K miles now and Im looking at getting new bushes up front. Wishbone. Where is the best source? VAG or aftermarket branch ?

found them on a site called pri racing, and wow what a difference in price, £17.94 delivered, powerflex come in at between £34-£38 delivered. they gotta be worth a crack

I need to change my rear beam bushes. I'm not sure if i should go for genuine or uprated. Those uprated ones may be seriously stiff right ? Anyone changed them ?

From what i understand from others uprating them really tightens the car up and theres not much difference in the ride. Im having the front and rear wishbone bushes, arb,dbm,engine mounts and rear beam bushes done next week. hopefully i should feel a big difference as i have oem ones on at the moment and the have done 93000 miles.

I know how you feel i need to do exactly same thing, change all of them. But i was told by my friend who had a corsa (i know... i know) with all the bushes changed to powerflex ones that ride was very harsh and bumpy after that change. Anyone can comment on that before i change all of them and suffer ? ^^

see what others got to say, mine being done next week and i'll let you know, although i have the spax rsx setup and thats the the softest of rides, i like it though gives more of a go kart feel

I upgraded some of the bushes to LCR ones on my LC and was pleased with the difference
