You might want to move the filter mate thats pipe is to far in to there. surely that isnt fully utilising the filter and could it run its way through the material

Well Got a surprise when i got home the misses had got hold of a Rev D dump valve.

So fitted it straight away, and well............. Me and the misses didnt think it would do much.

But.................. F*** me it pulled so much harder, rev'd so much harder and feels a hundred times better, As a down point i get no wastegate chatter, think this maybe due to my forge spacer valve not fittin with the new Rev D dump valve.

yeah its ok down there saying that i found an awesome website its called derelictplaces put it in google, brings up like old hangers and hospitals weird stuff but looking for somewhere for a shoot.

Due to the Heat soak from the intake, i have decided to create a DIY shield, and maybe if it goes well maybe offer them for buyers?

So after seeing Smee's cardboard layout thought i would give it ago myself.

So here is result bear in mind this is just the template. finished item will either be made out of carbon twill or sheet Ali.

may make it so it succks the air from the grille into the intake?

and will protect the tops with edging trim.

This will be made over the next week so will update this every time i can.

you tried fitting it yet??? looks like you designed yours like my first one but i think the 3" hole is to close to teh base for the filter to fit correctly

looking good though. you will get yours done before mine as i cant get my perspex for a while

well i gt tomo morning off work waiting for boiler people to turn up so got 5 mins to test fit it and see if i can improve it anywhere?
