LCR CD Changer Question

Just a quick question!

Can the CD changer in an LCR play MP3's (written to a CD)?

Thought I'd ask as I'm picking up my new LCR tomorrow!

My guess is no as it can't even play my Doves CD with that crappy copy protection on it. It has played copied CDs though in your defence.

It won't play MP3's written to a CD which is a shame. It will only play copied CD's if you use the old style 750MB 74 min CD's. I can't get the bigger 80 mins CD's to work in mine.

I've changed to an Alpine iPod HU with the iPod locked in the glove box.

Nope - mine will only play cdr's in audio format, it wont work at all with cd rw's or 80 min discs. It does my head in royally, when its doing its stupid cd check thing if there is a slight bump it says no disc or disc error and the whole thing freezes!! Grrrr

Is anyone elses rds and auto frequency crap too - mine takes so long to adjust frequency i end up pressing rds all the time to try and make it find a decent singnal! Definately (to my disgust) going to have to change the hu.
