lcr problems

hi guys,
i own a 54 plate lcr shes done 19100 miles.
Ive recently noticed what i descibe as a clicking noise when i start off normally and i can feel it through the pedals click and hear it too any one got or had any similar problems.What could it be?

A bit more info needed I think - is it a one-off clicking/thud, or is it a repeating click, click, click? Does it speed up or slow down with Revs/speed?

just a one off click not there at all when driving just as the clutch is let out but dont think its that at all

And only happens after you have been in reverse? If so completely normal, just slight movement of your brake pads, lots of people ask about that clunk.

cant say it does really,got a feeling it might be a bit of plastic trim rubbing somewhere so il have a look tomorrow.
anybody know where the usual areas for noisy trim can be found?

o.k i lubed everything under neath todat like drop links,bushes etc,and the click has gone so probably it was doing it because it was dry or something.
