LCR service - Worcestershire

Sorry about the late reply.
I'ev finally managed to find a decent Midlands SEAT dealer which has actually listened to me and repaired my fan fault with no question. I ended up going to Listers SEAT in Coventry, as Amethyst in Cheltenham (who did actually seem to do a good 40k service) would not entertain that there was a problem at all, and Droitwich Garage would not return my call after 3 attempts!
Might be over 100 mile round trip but the customer service is miles better than the other 2 locals IMO.

I bought my LCR from Listers and its had a couple of minor warranty issues but the customer service was shocking on all 4 visits. Very nice while making the sale, just dont let them "wash it" or "test drive" if you leave it with them. Carefully check it in and out.

I'm happy to take it to a dealer or an independent. Just looking for somewhere that's going to treat my motor with respect and not try and rip me off!

Must say I was well impressed with Bay Horse Motors in Hereford.
Kept me well informed, phoned me a few times to ask permission to carry out some extra work.
Was £300 in total (£217+vat for service, other £83 was brake fluid change, fuel filter change, 2 new indicator bulbs...)
Car is running like a dream!
Will be back there next year for the 50K!
