LCR uprated exhaust manifold?

has anyone got a uprated exhaust manifold for the leon cupra R? an what sort of price are they please?

The only one that comes to mind just now is the Tubular one from JBS for £450

What power are you expecting to get for the clutch to have to handle ???

your back lol, dont know mate,sean said to uprate manifold an clutch but i cant really afford to uprate,bought a second hand manifold, what power can the standard clutch take? thinking i dont want loads of power as i use the car every day so around 280-290bhp
