Leaking rear windscreen after de wiper

hey all, de wipered my ibiza yesterday with a grommet but now after i washed it, there seemed to be water on the inside? luckily not over my sub, but its just a bit annoying because it looks so much better without a wiper, anyone else had this problem, had a search but could not find anything!?

Use some silicon sealant on the grommet
