Coilovers nxt on the list. These are anthracite but i think there a darker shade maybe charcole?
I know what you saying out the o/e wheels. They are a very nice "standard" rim.
Change is good and i was ready for it.

Thats the attitude m8 :) like i said i do like the new wheels also. Some times i feel with oe wheels, why fix something that isnt broken. I also changed my wheels and i do love them but do they look better that the oe wheels im not sure.

Heres another.
Just wondering about the OZ decals for the rimz now. The chap on here who gave me the info on the wheels has them fitted. ( thanks to "bete noir" for the info so i got the proper wheels not copies)

Good question.....my search starts today!! Lol
I think abit of research is needed before i splash the cash. Get the wrong set-up and it can be a real bad ride.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Think there was some kw's in the for sale section....
Ill have alook.

Iam also intrested in some spacers and getting the geomatry set up.

I am after some spacers 10mm front and 15-20mm rear when funds allow there's hubcentric ones on eBay for around £60

Hubcentrics a must i feel. My mk4 golf had 10mm on the front and 15mm on the back and as daft as it sounds you could tell the track had been made wider.
They were h&r but not cheap ill pop onto ebay then.

It's nice to see some OZ Wheels on an LCR

Are they lighter than the standard wheels? I had 19 inch OZ superleggeras that were loads lighter. I wish I didn't sell them :(

Glad to see you got hold of some of these eventually. What shade is that they have been painted? They look a lot darker than my ones.

I agree with the other comments about getting some spacers on there and getting it lowered (well I would wouldn't I?), and then getting the geometry checked is a must, it made a big difference to mine.

Martin

Ay up Martin, there charcole anthracite finish. They look darker than my old anthracite wheels.
There almost black but in the sun there brighter.

Iam looking to get the spacers by the end of the week.

Well the joy's of motoring have no bounds!!!!
So much for "just doing the seal". So with the crank case seal replaced it was an ideal time ( if there ever is) to replace the cambelt and tensioner/pullys. With this done and still wanting to suck more money from me we did a full service.... Next stop the m.o.t station. Fingers crossed for another pass.
