Did you swap the immobiliser chips from the keys

Kept the same key and barrels, no immo on ECU now either still same problem, but there never was any immo lights or problems with it, I had it removed anyway so can run everything from switchboard for safety on track

Can you communicate with the ECU?
Ground would be around the ECU in the scuttle under the wipers.
Usually if it's the immo it will start briefly and cut out, so i'd say faulty ECU or ECU wiring is most likely.
Update

428 relay and 100 relay under the bonnet was in the wrong location.

Car now sparks and cranks

Fuel pump works on a battery but not from the car itself.

I did put a different 409 in it but unsure if new 409 was working. Would there be anything else other than the relay stopping it from priming?

I don't think so, other than maybe a blown fuse or a wiring issue. You should be able to test the relay easily enough with a multimeter and a battery.
