leon diesel 4wd

hi all, I've just discovered the 4wd leon diesel 150. I realise this car is lhd only but I'm struggling to find specs and general info on this car. I'm in the uk, any advise to a potential new owner of one of these cars. I.e. insurance costs, prices and best place to buy them.

Didnt know they did a diesel one...its likley to be a four motion setup anyway, they are so poor compared to the Golf Rallye set up.

why would 4-motion (Haldex) be worse than a synchro setup..

Haldex is the current version of 4wd, in various versions.

S3's TT's dont do so bad on Haldex.

The haldex has been praised beyond doubt, just look at the rave reviews the current R32 is getting

I very nearly bought a rallye before my vr6, I wish i had now as it would be worth more money but the 70 miles i do a day would kill it, its slowly killng my vr hence the need for a diesel.

the first one ive found on the dutch website is a 2001/2002 model 132k kms for £12444, not cheap!
