You can get any darkness you want mate even up to the factory tints or you could from the guy who did mine. But 35% isnt that dark when its on looks dark when the doors are closed because i have black interior but when you look through it when the door is open its actually quite light.

but wont he be looking at the car with the doors closed?

IMO i think window tints on silver cars dont go....especially if its too dark.

It isnt illegal to have your front side windows done, just as long as they are no more than 35% but as someone mention because of the factory tint, it will take it past that if you put a tint on, plus i dont think many people tint there front side windows these days anyway.

If car registered after 2004 you can not tint front windows!!!!
 
Depends where your from mate the guy that did mine spot on but just down the road from me so depends how far your willing to travel.
