Light sensor not beeping when lights left on

Hi,

Just found out I have left my sidelights on all day.

the beeping hasnt been working for a while (when you take the key out and the lights are on).

Can I fix this easily?

Sounds to me like your microswitch has gone. You may also have problems with locking it remotely!

Should`nt cost you much, but it`s not really an easy job! Main part is getting access to the door lock module where the microswitch is.

Mines been doin this for about a year now but last night my alarm kept goin of and when I was drivin the door was clickin think it's time to strip it Down.I think I'm goin dealer today to order one so if I can't fix my old one il just swop it

Yeah that`s a lot when all you need is a piece of plastic the size of a watch button!

It`s an involved job... my guide should help you.

I repaired mine yesterday dint no if yours was sane but the bit that was warn was black and a was a T shape was youra the same it works anyways which is good
