Good to hear it is nothing too serious also nice to hear people are trying to prevent this happening. I worry this may happen and puts me off a remap as no one at Seat seems to have had a replacement improved part made. If you guys do sort something can you let me know as may be a wise investment as jubilee clips are okay but not for the long run.

Will do The more people that post/reply saying they are worried, want a long term fix the better my case will be to Forge to make up a set!

Tried fixing my boost pipe today, with no success. the lugs on the pipe are completely gone. so im gunna have to get a new pipe. can some one give me a part no.?

I had the same problem on a upper boost pipe. Im afriad I aint got the part number, but might need a new one of these myself, anyone with etka might be able to help?

Surely if you know which pipe it is just pop into your local Seat parts place and they will get you one in - if indeed they are not held in stock due to the demand.

il have a look tomoz i think i might have part number had to get top and bottom pipes for mine last year there not cheap if i remember right .

I agree - the dealer should be able to load an image of the intercooler system up on the screen and you'll just need to point at the bit you want

Yeah will be around that sort of money id imagine, I guess some peoples expensive is another person 20 quid! That said, £20 for a poorly designed piece of rubber/plastic could be seen as expensive indeed

^^^ Agreed. Just hope Forge hurry up and get us some decent pipes made up . Anyway ordered it now, should be here tomorrow. £25 inc vat.
