Well, i was out of ideas..got a good working k03s from my friend for a very good price..i know as a fact that this turbo is in good condition.
Thing is, it acts almost the samoe as my old k03..when actuator is set as it should be (11-14 threads) it just doest reach more than 0.8, 0.9 bar peak boost..
When i wound up actuator on my old k03 to the max, i did get 1.1, ocasionaly 1.2 bar..however, car was equaly slow (tested it)..
So turbo is 100% in good working condition (actuator also), MAF is new, original bosch, tested n75 (doesnt leak, has around 30 ohm resistance )..
Ill post some logs when i manage to get them..
I thnk i should check my electrical wireing..
 
Ok, before making any logs i want to make sure that my actuator is set properly.
What should static actuator pressure be? 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 bar?
I tried to to set it up counting threads..however, this k03s actuator is a bit different than on my old k03.
At 12 threads wastegate is still open..it closes at 13 threads. And to make any preload i would have to woung it up to at least 15,16 threads...and i belive that standard actuator setup should be from 11 to 13,14 threads..
