well the chain and tensioner is done, runs spot on, really feels so much smoother and its throwing me back in my seat again, i dont know for deffo if its brough the maf numbers up yet as my laptop is out of charge so ill get on that later and post the results. also managed to do the chain and tensioner without removing timing belt, just cable tied it to the pully tightly, loosened all exhaust cam caps off and the cam popped up enough to get the chain out, then just being carefull to tighten bit by bit to get the cam back down again, all in took 45 mins.

well.... the results are hard to understand.

car feels much quicker and smoother now, but the data doesnt show any change with the amount of air going through the maf. this time peak was 164.39g/s with a full 3rd gear wot run.

but the boost is acting a bit funny on my boost gauge i peak at 21psi and hold around 17 psi all the way to red line, but the data says i peak at actual 18.8 psi and then when my maf is pulling the 164.39g/s my actual boost has dropped to 12.1 psi, so thats 6 psi its showing lost on the data compared to boost gauge and because that extra 6 psi is lost its obviously limiting how much air is going through the maf so its climbing nicely then boom loss of 6 psi.

wether its just data showing this due to some erro reporting or it actually is a 6psi loss i dont know because the car deffo picks up quicker and holds well, its throwing me back in my seat again and obviously by boost gauge shows im hitting what my stage 2 should see.
