well another update, relentless mani no.2 has warped so have now scrapped that and gone for a JBS high flow cast iron mani which im going to be fitting soon also have finally got the money together for a new clutch and SMF woohoo so not long till we finally see what this hybrid turbo pushes out :D

Bad times mate:(, I hope my V3 doesn't do the same. Once the new mani, clutch and SMF are fitted I hope you're going to update us all on how well it's all running.

Feel for you dude, another bloody relentless fanifold gone. Hopefully the JBS one works out better for you. As RDS said above, don't be shy on the updates once its all on and running sweetly ;)

If the offending exhaust stud wasn't cut down , the manifold will never fit correctly unfortunately. poor installation it appears.:(

Hopefully it'll be back on the road and running healthily very soon. As someone who is yet to go down the engine upgrade route, it appears that it's a bit of a mine field with the Relentless products, but many appear to achieve reliability and performance with the V2/V3s. It can't be the luck of the draw surely? I would be very happy with the Relentless, if I could be assured that the issue was with fitment. Anything other than a K04 wouldn't be an issue would it?

Hope it all works out mate. As said above by others, keep us updated :)

hello all, the stud was cut down and it ran fine for awhile but after 6months it has gone pear shaped :( pics will be up shortly, cracks on all 4 ports :( had to pretty much saw the pipes to try give some relief so we could get the bloody thing off lol,

JBS mani has been fitted along with a Helix SMF and organic clutch, its all running sweet atm, its going for remapping next week so cant wait to see what it can push out,

also the paintwork has now been sorted aswell as the alloys and it looks superb but my mate at the bodyshop has told me the rest of the car will require a respray due to who ever had the car before me had it sprayed badly laqure just peels away so easily :( but still have summit to be happy about in the mean time haha

Good stuff mate. :)

Any pics/links to the JBS manifold?

Hope mapping goes well. You've certainly got a man clutch going on now too :)
