If I'm honest I can't remember how we got it out.. I think it was just a case of carefully prising it out, afaik it's held in with clips.

Thanks mate. Not looking too gods just now with the steelies on, but hopefully I'll have the cupras back on soon enough, just wana take my time with them - still sanding, onto wheel 3 (half done) lol
Wanted to update as far as I have got with the wheels, here's the condition they were in when they came off:

Got them all sanded down roughly with 80 grit paper. (took forever!!) and filled in the kerbing/scuff marks with chemical metal:
Now it's a matter of getting that sanded down, then making sure theyre all perfectly smooth.. This may take a while to do, I'm giving it 2weeks lol

Haha yea haven't bothered to clean it with them on, she's a bit dirty to say the least. Hopefully won't be too long before I can put the photos up how they came out!

Just start a new thread and ask David for a price. He's a seat dealer, but does a discount for forum members. As far as I know, they're £20.00 for 4 of them. You can get black or grey I think.
I'm happy to take my time with them.. Shouldn't be too hard tho as all of the major sanding/prep work has been done.
