Media plus problems!

I picked up my 14 plate leon on Saturday and have discovered my first issue

Sometimes when I get in the car and turn the ignition on the radio plays up

On the presets the second one will bong and change station from what it is set to

The square box for that preset is smaller than the others as if you are touching it!

I also can't do anything as it locks out! After a while it will start to work again!

All steering controls work as they should while it's frozen though!

Any ideas or is it a trip to the stealers

Press and hold in the on/off dial as that will reset the system. Worth a try.

I will give that a bash and see if it makes a difference

I will give the screen a clean too as it's as if it's touch screen related!

Also there's a restore factory settings option in the setup menu. Try using that it might clear a few bugs

But wouldn't a reset of the system do that anyway?

spoke to my dealer and he said he will order a new screen!

I thought these where a full system!

anyway there was no questions asked and they said they would get it sorted!!
