MIB3 - Connect to WiFi - Remove Previous Owner

Hi All,

My wife recently picked a used 2021 Seat Arona.
The infotainment unit is in a guest user profile and is set to maximum privacy.

I can't add a new WiFI network, as there is no find button.
I can't remove the previous user, I can't switch to the previous user, I can't switch off maximum privacy, without connecting to WiFi.
I tried restoring factory settings, but that didn't work. It reset the radio presets, but the previous user is still there.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to connect to WiFi and remove the previous owner, please?

Yes, unfortunately it was bought from an independent dealer.

Pity. Both my Skoda & Seat + my wife's Skoda were bought from main dealers & the infotainment systems had been 'wiped'

I have the MIB3 i belive its called in my 2021 seat arona and i cannot add a primary user. Everytime i try it states unable to load user profile so i am stuck on guest profile. I would like to reset to factory settings but i cannot see where to do this in the infotainment system. Can someon advise how to reset this particular system to factory setting? Also any ides why my user profile wont load?

I had to take it to the main dealer to get it reset. The garage we bought it from paid.
This was beacus there was already an existing primary user that we couldn't remove, your case might be different if there is no primary user.
