Sooo ive been reading the big turbo builds over the last couple of weeks, and if i keep the car for next year this is what ill do over this winter... So i need a shopping list for a reliable/safe 380+ bhp.. Hopefully over the next few months i can start getting things and then have it all ready to do over winter..

Whats the most sensible option for this power.. i dont want more that 400+ altho it would be nice lol..
Just something easy to drive daily use rather than a very laggy one..

360-380 gt30 is 400-480 depending on what one ish

To me I have to ask why ? Have you driven a stage 2 Lcr yet I believe yours is still standard ? When I come up again we can meet up if you want and drive mine ?

I dont really know lol.. Im planning on getting A Big FMIC and mani+downpipe soon, then i can go stage 2.. But if i keep it for next year id want to know the rods are ok so i would have to do them, and while things are all apart id like to go bigger turbo maybe..

Lol to me and I might be wrong you seem like a show queen worried about stone chips etc Hence the front respray again , BT in my eyes is for going quick and not worrying , I have a few stone chips all ready and not worried about them . I think your be more than happy with stage 2 , I spent 1500 on internals for my car plus fitting unless you know some one it's expensive fitting Rods etc , then the turbo gt28 and all the bits your looking at say another 2k for new possibly more

Haha, this year for me is mainly going to and enjoying the shows.. next years its a different story, like i said ill either sell the car and buy an Evo/Imprexa/e46m3 or something.. if not ill keep this and make it a lot quicker and go down a different route with it..

Cars never gonna stay show queen condition and i drive it daily around the crap roads, but this year ill try and keep it as A1 as i can..

Oooh and im lucky to have my bro in law as a mechanic and a good mate whos handy and is now doing his car with a big turbo etc.. also can get downpipes/exhaust parts made up.. so i cabn fit it all and make parts myself hopefully

I've thought about BT long and hard at the min it's not for me I'm seeing what can be done with the new manifold etc then possibly get a diff and go from there
