Minimum disk thickness?

Anyone able to tell me what the minimum disk thickness is for the disks on the front of a Cupra R Ibiza please?

Done less than 10,000 miles on the disks I got from Badger and the grooves have worn out :-(??!!
So was looking at putting sum new grooves in as I work in a tool room.

Would this be ok?

surely the disks are manufactured with the grooves going as deep as is structurally possible?? creating more grooves would make them even thinner and weaken them.

10k is not alot for disks - what are they?

I got the disks from badger motorsport, it was the bells and rotor kit. Not sure what make they was. Paid £250 for just the Rotors 9 months ago.
