The side rubbing kit, how are u planning to fit that? looks a lot harder than mirrors. did u buy them primed and ready for painting?

I think they're fairly easy to get off as they're only stuck on and have locators I believe. It's just getting all the glue off thats the pain!

I just bought grey ones and have had them primed and painted by one of my mates who sprays.

Cheers

Skoov, thats it.

Seems like a good idea, im interested in how they look. i would get them done red, but it seems a lot of effort. how did you buy the part? Do you mind me asking how much it cost you?

It doesnt look like it in your avatar, but do you have the chrome outlining on the area around the front Seat badge, or know where i can get one?

Here's how they should look when I've got them back. Check out this pic on muddy's site:

Not at all, in fact I already said earlier in this thread :p
Can't tell you individually how much they were but for all 4 strips + mirror covers it came to just over £30 + £20 for paint.
I bought the lot from the dealers.

No I don't have this, but I guess just ask the dealers and they'll give you a price. I think the chrome surrounds are normal extras from SEAT.

Ok, sorry I don't have the individual price:shrug:

They're in 4 pieces. 2 on the doors and then 2 more on the rear quarters (that's on my 3-door), otherwise you wouldn't be able to open the doors without snapping them ;)
