Ok so checked out site which is posted in other thread, thought about mailing the guy and asking him the price of some new tear-drop mirrors (I got square ones) but

I have electric adjusting mirrors
And electric folding mirrors

so the question is where about is the motor located for the folding option?? is it in the mirror housing or is it in the arm of the car? What bit would I need to buy from this guy?

Also thought about asking him for a price of a rear cupra bumper.

If you find a price for the folding teardrop mirrors, can you post the details up here please as I've been looking for some for a decent price for a while :)

Cheers bud :)

If the price is right, I might join you in ordering a set so we can save on postage. Depends on price though as I was looking for a bargain on these ;)

Ok guys

prices

1 pair: EUR 276,- inkl. shipping to UK = £188
2 pair: EUR 538,- inkl. shipping to UK = £367 or £183 each

Complete housing, including glas, including FR-cap (silver) ...

Because your car have the same door like the newer leon-models,
you could change to this new drop-mirrors.

Bumper prices (just in case)

FRONT CUPRA-R Bumper incl. parts for fitting:
EUR 641,70 (incl. shipping) = £438
Pair of CupraR fog lights: EUR 168,- (you need them also, because
standard foglights from Cupra or Sport do NOT fit to CupraR) = £114

REAR CUPRA-R Bumper incl. parts for fitting::
EUR 469,90 (incl. shipping) = £320

There are always all items included that you'll need for fitting.
But at rear you should also give - for better look - a new exhaust
to your car (not included).

^ like the comment about exhaust! lol

Oh yeah, agree! £200 for a set of mirrors i've already got lol not today, but worth knowing, think the bumpers are quite reasonable thoe, especially if they do contain all the stuff to fit (excluding exhaust)

Yeah, that's worth knowing for sure, just in case any more posts crop up asking about an LCR bumper conversion. But the mirrors are a bit too rich for me right now, I'll wait for a second hand set or a lotto win!
