miss-fire at idle and rattle when hard acceleration

has anyone had a missfire at idle but no loss of power on a pd130 engine, can feel is shake through the car and when u accelerate fast theres a rattle sort of from where the turbo sits sounds kinda like heat sheild but nothing obv after having a look and ideas ?

mine has the rattle on acceleration which its going to seat on friday to be looked at. mine started sunday randomly

Mine has a slight misfire on idle, had the garage look at it and they could find nothing wrong. I think the shaking is due to the resonant frequency of the car and the tickover speed. Next time you feel it shaking, increase the rpm slightley (100 - 200) and see if it goes away. If it is this, I have heard of people increasing the idle speed slightley to compensate, but dont know how. Ive got used to it now

ye soon as you got 100-200 rpm more its away just a bit annoyin when sitting at lights
and ye if u wouldnt mind letting me know how you get on with the rattle on friday mate

I had a rattle in my car today after taking in to seat on wednesday - turned out to be 3 massive screwdrivers they had left under the bonnet I will be having a few words with them about that tomorow...
