Thought id put a few more pics up of the bits ive done a while back, i changed the dodgy taped up pipe for the boost gauge to a new purple one

I Also put a cupra decal and a k&n sticker on the nearside front window, and straightened the gauge pillar pod.

i refit the top brake light sticker so now ive got the dots in the "p""r"&"a" but i had to use a bit of black sealant on the very top right and the sides so that there is no red light apart from the lettering
I had this red R sticker made for the steering wheel centre, it doesnt quite stick all the way round as the seat S badge is domed.

they sent me six in blue aswell by mistake so ive got them if i fancy a change or if anybody wants one? They're 65mm diameter.

So my discs and pads have finally arrived!!

Going on this weekend. 2 of the 7 pipes plus the couplers and jubilee clips for the fmic have come so it looks like il have to wait untill next week to fit it

Not sure why it put 4 of the same photo lol, also got aload of purple 4mm vac pipe to do the n249 delete and some 8mm reinforced purple silicone pipe to replacr the radiator pipes.

Nightmare day yesterday, the car fought me on bloody everything apart from one disc screw, osf caliper was seized so it took alot of fiddling to sort it. I got one track rod end done as the other i was sent is wrong and 3 discs and pads fitted. Got to the last one and rhe brake line snapped of the caliper . So new brake lines and some piston dust covers for the 4pots. Plus side ive got an ibiza fr to drive.

and i have to repaint the front calipers

So i little update. Ive fit a new osr brake line and caliper as it was completley seized. Turns out id fitbthe discs wrong way round aswell and removed the pistons fron the inner side of the osf 4pots, cleaned and fit them and i now have working brakes!

Also all of my pipes are here for the fmic so hopefully next weekend it should be on...

Cars are a fekin nightmare. I had to hacksaw both sway bar links off to change the suspension. Gotta do my brembo pads shortly...as they only last 6 months, I'm hoping everything should come apart easily. Good to see copper grease is in plentiful supply LOL.

it must have been leaking as im spiking 1.2-3 and holding boost at 1 to 1.2. The recirc doesn't sound the same tho. Not as wooshy. Might try differnt colour springs...
