Sanden Code SD-7-V16 is the most common i believe but will depends on year and model and chassis as to what Vag code it is

Looking for some assistance before i go mad.
i need a reverse gear switch that sits on top of gearbox. Having no end of trouble with Arnold Clark Seat in Edinburgh
They gave me the incorrect switch 1st time. I need a screw in one. Apparently there is 2 listed and the guy wants me to take the old one off and give him the number off it. As the car is still required for dailly use i told him where to go and order 2 of them and i will check which one is the correct one. He has advised me he can do it but i'd have to pay for both as they are non returnable items...???
Is it just me or is this guy a muppet - why would i pay for 2 switches when i only need 1?
So if anyone else has replaced theres and know the part number it would be greatly appriciated.?

well if theres two listed and you've tried one which is wrong then if theres only two correct then it must be the other?
Does anyone know which one of these is the manifold to turbo gasket? 06A 253 039E or 058 145 757 C.
there are 2 screw in one's - i haven't had any of them as the 1st one i got was totally the wrong kind. So I have 2 to choose from and the wont send them unless i pay for bth of them and they are non returnable. F**king joke

anyone know the part number for the 20vt engine cover on the Cupra R? i couldnt find it on VAGCAT.
with the car details i can have a good look but why not unscrew it, write down the number and screw it back in ?
might even see it on the side if ya lucky
if you can login ok it's this one as usual Etka etc uses some diagrams that do leave a lot to be desired

(??) brackets either side of a number means the diagram is only depicting a relevant image and not actually showing the part number listed

ahh info above is for the Leon Cupra R just trying to think which car ibizia/leon inlet went what way now
