Mk3 Ibiza Cupra wheels on Mk3 Ibiza sport

hi, I'm a new member so i hope ive done this right

I own a mk3 Ibiza sport 1.6. It currently has the standard 15" seat alloys. this evening I have purchased the much nicer Mk3 Ibiza Cupra wheels, I am just wondering if anyone knows if i can use the same wheel studs from my 15" wheels on my new 16" cupra wheels?

anyone? It appears the locking wheel nuts are the same, but does anyone know if they are the same spec?

I'm sure they're the same, sssstew can confirm as he has Cupra wheels on his Sport.

if they're OE - they'll share the same radius head - and will be fine

yep correct they are fine.

and look sweet by the way ps, get some 20mm spacers for the rears, improves the looks (and apparently the handling) no end.

cheers, fitted them this morning, looks a treat, anyone interested in a set off 15" mk3 ibiza sport wheels by any chance.

Just another quick question, The tyre on the 2 wheels are pirelli PZero. the tyre wall looks quite odd, it seems to go in and then come out closer to the tread. it doesn't look like a fault. its definately not a bulge.Does anyone else run these tyres and can shed some light on them?

I think I know what you mean, my mums were like that on her MK3 Cupra.

perhaps you mean then come out at the base to try and protect the wheel rim?

yeah its quite hard to describe, I've been to a tyre garage near by and had some tires swapped this morning, had them have a look at it and they said its just the design of PZero's so its all good, cheers anyway
