Mk4 Brake upgrade & insurance

Ive read so many posts about brake upgrades across the VW Seat & skoda forums. However none mention any changes to their insurance after doing so. I am interested to hear from those who have upgraded their ibiza brakes to 312mm and if they have have ammended their policy and if they had to pay extra for insurance. When I looked at mine the insurers wanted £120 extra.

Most insurers load premiums for any kind of modification, how much depends on you and your car.
