I've just looked at this thread after a comment about the car saving your life, and I have to say that I am feeling pretty pleased about having an ibiza. It is very nice to know that the safety features work, and that you could walk away from a smash that big.
 
this is about 2 months late but hey ho got some decent pics of the car to post now :lol: well as some of you know i went for a JDM honda prelude 2.2 VTEC for my replacment cost me £2200.

think i did post a list of all the stuff i got on it somewhere but the basics are leather tcs, abs, limited slip diff and cruise and climate control.

i didn't like the wheels on it so i forked out £125 for 4 half decent 16" tsw alloys with kuhmo ecsta tyres. there aren't imaculate but they do suit the car better imo

so here the new pics with wheels on

as for performance mods, well there are none apart from a spoon ecu chip that lowers vtec to 5k and take the rev limter to 8.5k :blink:
heres a drive by of what it sounds like with the chip as the only mod,



had a crap 0-80 run in it too but had a truely awful start as the private road was busy

haha they were twelve years old keep looking you'll se my new fli ones :) . my plans are just a twinloop cat back and a bmc filter tbh. not gonna have it for long cos i still want ma cupra derv

oh good man knew the seat was still in ya! why not the petrol cupra! you can buy mine when im 21 as i want a superbike ;)
 
oh yes :D, saw a boggo standard candy white ibiza the other day, i fell in love with it lol, thats the colour i want.
