MOT and rear seats

hi all, ive currently got my rear seats stripped from the car. do i have to put them back in for the MOT?

A handy tool for MOT questions is www.motuk.com as it shows all the requirements for car and motorbike tests. I check my car using this before it goes in!

Just asked about this, if theres no rear seat belts and no rear seats then theres nothing to be tested... so it isnt part of the MOT.
