Okay, there's probably a dozen or more mk2s on here get MOT'd every day and nobody mentions it, but I was genuinely quite surprised it went straight through considering it's a daily driver that has to rattle over about a dozen speed humps a day on lowered suspension.

The only advisory was my slightly wobbly battery.

Got that off my chest, I'm off to wash the dishes now.

It's not the bombs that worried me Jonny, it's the 50p suspension bushes that cost about 4 hours labour to insert!!! I know what my back feels like when I bounce over the speed humps so God knows how the suspension feels about it!

Anyway yours is kept in a bomb proof bunker so you've certainly got nothing to worry about!

I think the guy who had it last had the full force of the MOT inspector though as I dug out his fail sheet again when I was rummaging in the sevice wallet looking for the old MOT.
