moving maf closer to air filter

No as thats to big as the 2.5 just fits down near the linkage...

Aint restrictive either....as robdon and beattie aswell as cupra_matt used them...better than the s3 forge tip as that was too restrictive from what ive read..

here you go...Its Very close but it doesnt interfear with the link what so ever...Just gotta slightly move the hard coolant pipe to the right about 1/4''' but its fine...

i have the golf mk4 tip fitted to mine, so glad that i've moved the maf sensor further away. it sits like Damoegan's now. i had issues before that when coming to idle, it would bounce the revs up and down slightly for a while. since i've done this and realigned my throttle body, i'm not suffering from that. so this probably fixed it

I didnt have todo that just went straight on..

I'm running my filter right off the MAF with no problems.

same here no problems as of yet
