What oil are you recommending then bud as currently have millers in there?
Yep have logs from before so when I get time I'll take her out and get some more to compare but it feels SO SO much quicker than it did before just need to stop polishing it now.
Talking of polishing gave her a good clean this AM then set about getting a few new pics.
Which one?

Little update as been doing some logs.....well kind of...
Went out to run some logs but didn't quite realise how low on fuel I was so had to give up almost straight away but not before running a few blocks and how impressed was I to see 216g/s flowing @ 5960rpm !
Compared to 204g/s, which was the best it was flowing before the head and turbo work, its a vast improvement going from approx 265bhp (when it worked) up to 280bhp. Just proves the head work (port & polish) and new turbo have done the biz although I'll run some more logs when I next fill her up.

No boost ones at the mo but will get some more done when I put more fuel in (don't use the car every day) so in a couple of days I'll stick some up.

My LCR was a daily but after 25k miles in a year I couldn't justify using it every day. Instead I use the missus car which isn't to bad just covered with pink vinyl flowers so drive with a bag on my head!!
Work not done by AMD but rather TTS Roadsport in Bedford and work was sourced out to local company (don't know who though I'm afraid). When you say how much you meaning to what degree of porting/polishing or cost? If degree of porting/polishing don't have a clue but cost wise it was included in price for rest of head work (skim, degrease, reseat.....) which came in at £385 without labour.
Finally couldn't resist the lure of doing some more logs so went and stuck some V-Power in and ran some logs on blocks 003 & 115 and results are below:-

ed, you got any pics with the green filter in, and how does it sound?...only asking cos im going to get the exact same one as yours.....need to know if it sounds ore purposefull than the BMC

Yep running well at the moment really pleased with it. Want more power but that won't be happening at the mo. See you have a hybrid K04 Willy what kind of piower you making with that???
280-300bhp.......think your selling yourself a bit short there mate. I reckon with those figures your looking over the 300 mark and looking more around 306bhp.
Bet it pulls bloody well...
