Going to change the gearbox oil also to some redline high performance gear oil

Looking forward to seeing a vid from the Go Pro of your antics, have a Garmin Virb Elite myself (well two actually, one for the bike) so enjoy recording your drives.:D:D:D

Yeah I'm happy with it mate and the Mrs likes it so win win :D

Regards the mount they are impressive, as soon as I got home attached it to the fridge to see how strong it was and it would have easily pulled it over very strong. They have been tested well into license loosing territory so no real concern as long as it's on a clean, dry and flat surface it's good to go.

To upload vids on YouTube you'll need to create an account(2 min job). Or you could use photobucket, only problem with that is your limited to a vid no bigger than 500mb or ten mins long.

Thanks for that, have tried a vid on photobucket, and even though it was only about a minute, it would not play for some reason even with only about 5% of allowance used, so thought it only handled photos.

Check out Harrys lap timer app, you can pair it to your go pro and it'll overlay all sorts of info on your footage, even pair it with external sensors like odb2 reader for engine speed etc.

There's a few videos on YouTube

Hey dude just listened to your video, it's niiice ;)

Cheers fella ;) Not had chance to do anything proper yet with a bit of luck I'll get out with it this weekend.

Thanks for that I'll take a look when I get home tonight mate :)

Me either really apart from the one like yours.

That app is insane. Get an obd dongle and get F1 style heads up display as well as all the lap info on your gopro video... I **** you not, this is good stuff!

That looks imense I want it lol.

Well the clutch slip has reared its ugly head with a vengeance. For the past week or so it's not slipped once but yesterday and today it has.

Can't say if it's slipping in first or second but if I build up the revs go into third then floor it nothing all the way upto 6k but go into fourth and at around 4K boom it slips.

If I go a little lighter in fourth it won't slip and can get to 6k but as soon as I go into fifth and hit 4-5k same again

In a strange way I'm glad it is slipping because I'd started to think the money spent on the new kit was a waste and had the dilemma on what to do with regards the fitting next weekend.

Safe to say I'm not going to cancel now :D

Ordered some millers TRX 75w80 gearbox oil today as reccomended by AKS Alex as that's being done whilst my car is in bits.

So once the new clutch,DMF and both engine/gearbox oil are changed she should be good for a while.

Then I'm going to get booked in to go back to R-Tech for a little play

That's usually when a clutch will start slipping as its under the most load. It was quite a common occurance in my old Nissan I got used to dropping the engine box nearly after every trackday,

It's when it's start slipping in the lower gears your proper fooked as it won't move the car at all

Love the pulsar's think there a mega car,a lad at work has one and he loves it.

Yeah although mine drives fine when you go steady it's not possible to fully enjoy it as and when the urge is there :(

Its a pain getting a new clutch but at least it will be out the way once you have it fitted.

I had mine slipping through most of winter and was able to still enjoy the power of the car but it wasnt untill i got it changed i realised how much power i was missing out on.
Mine was slipping at the same sort of time as yours as well.

Enjoyed listening to your exhaust through the head phones it seems like you me and locky all have similar progress in terms of engine modifications.
I really should get an rr written out.

I was gonna say mate, the upside is at least you now have no doubt!

Yeah least I know I'm not loosing the plot lol

Have ordered some headlight tint film so will give it a go. Not sure how it will look against a white car but time will tell.

Thanks to Daniel_M for the info and where to purchase from ;)

Have you ordered Lamin-X tinting film? People seem to buy that fly eye stuff which looks crap if you ask me. I've used Lamin-X on the rear lights of my skoda and on our kids GSX-R indicators. It's really good gear.

The go pro videos good mate and the exhaust sounds awesome, I'd love to change my Miltek for what you have but I can't justify the money at the moment ha ha.
