It's a simple question as far as I can see. Would you rather have promises or the money back in your account.

What you waiting for give them the car back and get your money back and look yourself for a similar car. Your spending a lot of money and you want a car which works.

They are not doing anything for you really fixing the car as they will get paid for the warranty work they do. So its in there favour to get it fixed under warranty as it wont cost them. There not doing anything out the normal to make you want this car.

They just want the car fixed and got rid off. I would not even accpet it if they knocked even more money off and gave you an extended warranty. Not worth the hassle and stress getting it fixed all the time.

Was it a Petrol or Diesel FR just out of interest, I do not know if it is allowed but since you are not keeping it maybe the Registration should be on here??

p.s. Have you contacted the previous owner to get the real story?

it was the diesel fr. Just found out the turbo was also replaced a few months back. will wait for the outcome before i stick the reg number on. Car goes back mid next week so will stick it on then and you can tell all to stay away from it.

as much as i'd love the k1 i'm buying car for my wife whos 4 months pregnant. Its only a run around really but something i could have a bit of fun in as well. Not sure if insurance/mpg would suit or current circumstances. ta for advice though.

can anyone advise on whether approved seat dealerships can/should be buying there cars from an auction? Surely this would mean they have no idea of the background of the vehicle?! Not sure what seat uks view is of this?

When they buy cars at auction they mean ex seat uk staff vehicles.

I nearly went to buy a leon from this dealership, after reading this im pretty pleased i didnt.

Sorry to hear about all the problems that you have had,
Think i would of took it straight back, and made them repay me all the money then go on search for a new leon.
