Aye still slightly.much I agree. Tbh u might aswell just do that until u are going for big power.

Have u got a link to where u got the self sealing barber adapter which u run the n75 from off your intercooler piping.

Ok so typically the first couple of days when I can drive my car again and have to drive it to get to work there's 3" of snow and ice on the ground. I said bye bye to my LCD splitter as it got ripped off :(.

Also getting a really strange noise what has only started today. Every now and then when I go up the revs I'm getting a graunching noise like gears not meshing properly only happens occasionally in 2nd or 1st no issue changing gear or selecting gears car still drives fine and pulls but I'm now worrying my gearbox has been the thing at fault which has destroyed the clutches

Arh mate dont sound good

Think 1st and 2nd are normally the gears that fail. Berg had the same issue iirc

The 8mm hose take i got off ebay from deamon tweaks about 20quid which is expensive for what it is but saids 100% leak free iirc

I still siliconed around it lol

Hey mate, did you remember, the original size of the clutch- is it 228mm like the std Cupra's or 240mm like the S3 ant TT...I'm considering to put G60 flywheel with VR6 clutch and I was wondering how this work - 240 mm clutch with 228 mm flywheel?!! Tanx

to be perfectly honest mate i couldn't tell you. As far as I'm aware a standard vr6 clucth will work on a G60 flywheel as it seems to be one of the most common mods for these cars. I can't remember the exact sizes.

I would reccomend you contact Bill@badger5 or any of the site sponsers like Awesome they should be able to give you exact details. There is a thread in the mk3 section at the moment which might offer you some good information regarding clutchs.

std ibiza clutch can be 225 or 228mm..
240mm will not fit ibiza/G60 flywheel... 228 is the correct size

Looking good manny. Get that Splitter bolted on with large washers, I've been plowing out in the middle of nowhere since the snow started with no issues of it coming off.

I will be :-D will do it when I have the bumper off fitting the fmic. Thinking of wrapping the splitter in carbon fibre and the giving it a few coats of lacquer. What u think?

As u can see the intercooler sits off a bit to the passenger side  funny thing is its bang in the middle of the crash bar.

So this weekend I'm going to sort out some of the blue hoses clean up the small bit where I had to cut and I'm going to wrap my splitter. Well attempt....
