Does it turn over at all? And do any lights come on the dash when you turn the key?

Firstly, I would recharge or replace the battery, jump starting a dead battery doesn't always play ball.

The ignition relay is under the steering wheel, pull it out and out it back, the fuel pump should prime. If it doesnt, that's a good place to start.

My fuel pump randomly died over night not long ago. I drove home and it was fine but the next morning it wasn't priming. If the battery doesn't sort it and you can't hear it priming when you turn the key, it could he that.

Tried new batt same issue pump not priming and also when ignition is on theres no eml at all...thinking if its a ecu issue?

Under the rear seats there's a service panel. Under that is your fuel pump. Put a multimeter on the 2 big pins of the fuel pump power supply and turn on the ignition. You should see 12v. If you don't it's probably a fuse or relay, if you do it's the pump

All you'll need is a second hand one, make notes of your ECU codes these obviously must match exactly! Then it will need to be coded from Seat to communicate with alarm and e-mob. This has happend with my old cupra, I took the ecu out, split it open then put it in my airing cupboard over night also wire brushed the rusty points and used electrical cleaner. Job done, think I was lucky thou :)

The ECU should have no (I think) effect on the fuel pump priming. I think your wet ECU plug isnt completely uncommon on a left car, but I wouldn't say is the problem. Try manually priming the pump with a 12v feed, the car should run on it for 30 seconds or so.

Or get a multimeter and check the pump is getting power. A bit simpler than getting a new power source...

Edit: if it did that wasn't meant to seem snappy but I had this issue of the pump not priming about 2 months ago and the pump had just packed up. Rather than looking at ecu's and things like that, why not check the pumps getting power. If it is there's a very high chance the pump has just given up.
