I ran a log with Vag Com, how bad is it? Looks like im deffo losing boost i couldnt take revs higher car did not sound good! Seems better on partial throttle but not by much, i had to stop log as car just felt like it was going nowhere.

I did have a tug on the rod [B)] it moved and was pretty tough is there a way to check or tip to see if the waste gate is stuck or broken? This could be the problem as the car is so flat, partial throttle seems to build some boost but very very little. Foot to the floor feels like I'm driving a 1.2 and high revs are gutless.

Try logging only 2 blocks at a time, the sample frequency suffers too much when trying to do 3 blocks at a time.

It's definitely popping the wastegate open just after it comes on boost, we'd need to see the N75 duty cycle to determine whether the ECU is commanding this or whether it's due to a duff N75 or a broken wastegate actuator.

The ECU is requesting A LOT of boost too. Which map is that?

Ok Cupra Ross what blocks do you recommend mate?
It's unknown who remapped it there's no signature in the map that I could find. Only compared it to original as I thought it was mildly more quick then standard.
I did change N75 over it made no difference wha so ever :(

Block 114 will show you what the N75 is doing. Log 114 and 115 together and then you can see whether the N75 is pulling the boost off or if we need to look for another reason.

Also log block 031 with block 002, this will show us what's happening with the fueling.

Finally, eliminate the little things before looking for something bigger. Has your N249 bypass been correctly done, are there any splits in the intercooler pipework, are the PCV hoses under the manifold perished or torn?

OK. The N75 looks to be operating correctly. Two possibilities, you have a huge split in your turbo pipework/intercooler/unseated TIP, or you have a dead fuel pump and the car is closing the throttle butterfly to stop the engine from running lean. Or as Bill says, your wastegate is broken or the rod has come off.

A log of Block 031 will show us the Lambda factors and steer us in the right direction.

Ok cheers mate, I've booked the car for a smoke test for Thursday. I checked all pipes I think the major ones all seemed ok. I found a split pipe under manifold which I replaced which didn't really have a major effect. It sounds like air is escaping or being sucked in where it shouldn't. Does feel like car is holding back so your probably right about the throttle butterfly is holding back hence the real massive lack in power. The rod seemed fine it was tough to pull but not sure about wastegate. Thanks so much for taking the time to check my logs I might pop and double check some more hoses but I got a funny feeling the sound is coming from intercooler on the drivers side. There's no oil around there which I would of expected if it was, be nice once it's storted I haven't been able to enjoy driving the car really. Thanks again to you and everyone for your input. I keep you all posted

Couldn't find or see a hose off but I thought I would check the tip and I couldn't see a jubilee clip on it just a zip tie :-o
What size jubilee clip do I need for it? It was still on the turbo so doubt that my problem.
Will log 31 for you tomorrow Cupra Ross, laptop died.

The turbo sucks the tip on so although it's not the prettiest, the zip tie will hold it fine. Assuming it's an aftermarket TIP? The originals are bolted to the block.

It's a original TIP I believe not an aftermarket silicone one... Like you said it sucks so shouldn't make much difference it felt fairly tight.
