i got a Remap Miltek Exhaust N249 Removed forge 006dv Green Cotton Filter

the biggest difference to the sound of my d/v were 3 main things...

a TIP that i got cheap on ebay.
a Green Cotton air filter
and relocating the d/v to the throttle body made the biggest difference by far.

its really loud but also sounds nice and doesn't chatter.. which is what i wanted :)

yeah, i've done the n249 bypass...

vac pipe from inlet to d/v.

vac pipe from inlet to fpr.

block everything else off and resistor the connectors.

i've done it slightly differently

i've done...

vac pipe from inlet to fpr
vac pipe from inlet to boost gauge

vac pipe from throttle body to d/v

yeah, can be done to any diverter valve. mine is a fully recirc valve, and sounds really nice there :)

search button is your friend lol, lots of threads about the n249 bypass, relocating d/v etc etc :D

FFS

anyone else sick of this chavs text speak?

if you want more noise either go spilt-r (which would suit your chav like status) or buy a fooking scooby.
