Something has just dawned on me looking back at my thread, as soon as I fitted the dual oil catch tanks I got the short to ground fault and no boost - coincidence or the cause?

No joy, last thing to try is the actuator, I have sent it to Forge who are going to make me a new one from one of their adjustable ones.
Actuator is goosed, once new one arrives from Forge I can finally fit it and have my power back!
All fixed, seems to have been a combination of the speed sensor and actuator failing, plus crappy battery cables.
Forge made me a custom actuator, received and fitted today like so:

Car is now boosting to 1.5 BAR and feels awesome, thankfully all is back to 100% again - thank goodness!
