N75 to Actuator Hose?

Currently in the process of renewing engine bay hoses and lines. There is no direct silicone hose aftermarket replacement for the N75 to actuator hose. What is the best size silicone hose to use?

Should be a standard vac line, usually buy it by the meter and cut it to length.
