Natwest (+others) Security Software "Rapport" in Vista causes 409 VagCom issues

Stopped my vag-com 409.1 from working.

I would be interested to hear from anyone using Rapport - I just need password and pin numbers, Sorry, I mean I'd like to hear if you run vag-com successfully - if so......

Which Vag-Com version?
What operating system?
What Browser?
Which lead?

-or if you've got software issues.
