Need help removing intake manifold.. LCR 225

I set about polishing the intake manifold, i have done as much as i can with out removing it.

But i am now at a stage where i really need to take it off to polish the lot, Although im dreading taking it off, is there any tips or guides some peeps on here could bring me up to speed on, or can i get a haynes manual?

there are like ~11 bolts and 2 nuts holding it to the head. There are a couple vacuum hoses underneith, as well as the fuel rail (2 more bolts). It's pretty easy, just pull everything off it you see, and then give it a wiggle and see what you missed :)

Craigus, sorry to fork away from the main purpose, but thats something i've not thought about before, how do you polish the mani? and what with? ball ache? cheers dude

(looks very good by the way)

I recommend hovering or brushing around the bolt area where the mani is fixed to the engine, so as to remove any debris which could otherwise enter the engine when you remove the manifold.
