Not sure tbh, prices keep changing as supply and demand change, as above,
check the press and get a feel for the market.
i can't see it fetching that.. my 52plate 1.4s leon traded at £2300 nearly 2 years ago!! it only had 60k on the clock too..
as you stated 2 years ago was that

take it to some garages and ask for trading in value , you can then prob add about 700 - grand more for private sale

not an 02 plate though is it but not a bad price if it's a minter
in answer to the original question for the year average miles approx 70k but adjust honestly for condition etc etc etc
