New Addition Forge Split-R

I've took delivery of a spankingly gorgeous new Forge black Split R BOV/Recirc valve in replacement to the Recirc valve i had which started to leak, with much thanks to Pete who as always is a star :worship:

Just wondered, how many notches people are seeing best results at?
I have the following fitted (not sure if it makes any difference) to my 2002 180T Auq:

Forge FMIC
Forge Split R BOV/Recirc Valve on a Cold Side Relocation kit
BMC Induction Kit
Silicon Boost Hoses

Cheers

It seems to make a difference what mods have been done to the car, when i first put split r on i had set to around 1 and half turns to stop the rattling, then when i fitted the FMIC and changed the tip it needed to be screwed up a bit more.

Every car will be different so you'll just have to try and find he best setting for you.

Yes good buy, try any thing from 18 to 21 clicks clockwise. Mine is a standard 180bhp 2002 cupra i have the relo kit plus open cone filter. Set mine to 18 clicks and it was fine no rattling but thats when i use Tesco 99 and im sure this affects it coz on some occasions i use BP ultimate and it starts buzzing after gear change so i then turn it 20 clicks and its perfect. My advice is test it on a quiet road till you get it right. :)

Righto, cheers guys, i'd set it to one turn before i left work yesterday but the car kinda felt restricted, so i've chucked it up to 2.5 turns and it's running a lot better, might chuck it up to 3 and see how that reacts but i'm impressed with it so far
