I noticed the knocking problem this week on my 02 TDi130. Had the dealer look at it this morning and seems the anti roll bar bush has disappeared from the drivers side. As always, these things seem to happen out of warranty (for me anyway!), and they reckon it will cost about 150 quid for a new ARB inc fitting. Does that sound about right?

I recently priced a cupra ARB and they where £85 plus VAT! Dont know how long it takes to fit but a guess Id say alot of that is labour costs!

Try pricing a Fabia VRs ARB think its 1mill thicker and only £60! Ill get the part number for you when I pick mine up sometime next week!

WTF??!

iirc a fabia front arb kit (with bushes and arb) only costs £30 max!

Nope thats if techie gets it I think or it has gone up in price.

I asked him last week on Briskoda

ps you still have the OMP lower brace? PM me

Hi
Why would you need a new anti roll bar?
If the bushes have gone , surely you just need the bushes?

My drivers side just went, But was told it was just the ARB links, and they were £18 + the dreaded vodka and tonic, from Seat.

Have not changed them yet, but will do soon. Apparently it is common on all Seat Ibiza's and Alhambra's.

I got a my Cupra ARB from SEAT with all the bits and bobs for just overe 50quid!!!!

They said it was 29mm but that seems wrong.

A SEAT mechanic is fitting my ARB-says its an easy job!!
