New Car with front end damage

Hi all

Just bought a T-reg '99 ibiza cupra and it has been repaired poorly at the front. By the looks of it a wrong grill that has been put on aswell as the head lights. One head light has a dip at the top and the other one is just stright. Which one is it ment to be?

Is there anywhere i can pick up a cheap grill and maybe a head light as well. Red would be good but i dont mind gettin parts sprayed.

Its meant to have the headlamps which have got 2 sections in them, a circle in the inner part nd a boxed off section on the outter, with 2 bulbs in.

Maybe there isn't anything wrong with the actual grill and headlights, but the front slam panel is crashed. I know that when my slam panel was a little dinged, the headlights and grill didn't line up. They seem to be pretty weak on these cars, I mean I managed to bend my crash panel without doing any real damage to my bumper, grill and headlights

Yea i havnt checked the front slam panel, but will do this weekend. I was also told that the mk2 also had a slight facelift before a complete redesign in 99. Any idea if this is true, as i spoke to a bloke in the seat spares department and he didnt have a clue.

From what I know there are 3 versions. The prefacelift, mid-facelift (mostly found on purple and silver Ibiza's from around 1996) and facelift (pretty much any car after 1996).

Selling it already?...i have had the car over 2years now. lol.
Yea had itall fixed up sprayed up and looking good now. Really dont want to sell it but heading over to oz for a couple of years so need the cash.
Wish i could take it over there as iv only seen a couple of seats over there...but no cupras!
