New cupra wont go into 1st or second?

had a strange problem last night that is still occurring today.... the car has to be forced a little bit to get into 1st its quite bad... and also the same for second, all the others glide in smoothly.. could be gear linkage???

any ideas or anyone had similar issues?

Sounds like linkage settings have moved - take it to the stealers asap [ warranty issue]

Sometimes I have problems getting mine into fourth. I try and get ii in and it is if it gets stuck. I don't force it. Usually after a milisecond or something, it just seems to go in fine. Seems a bit weird, doesn't happen all the time, just once every blue moon.

I guess I should I keep an eye on it and maybe have a word with the dealers.
